Movie Autographs Worldwide is an organization located in the United Kingdom.

 

  1. Customs Duties

    1. These are separate from “Local Taxes” as described. Movie Autographs Worldwide does not make charges for these.

    2. Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom, whose law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site and Movie Autographs Worldwide.

    3. If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by yourselves. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country, Movie Autographs Worldwide advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

    4. Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 

  1. Payment

    1. Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Movie Autographs Worldwide has received payment in full for that product.

    2. Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Movie Autographs Worldwide. All prices include shipping costs.

    3. A contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Movie Autographs Worldwide only at the point when Movie Autographs Worldwide obtains receipt of payment in full for all the goods you have ordered.

    4. You undertake that all details you provide to Movie Autographs Worldwide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

    5. Movie Autographs Worldwide will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.

    6. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Movie Autographs Worldwide tracks electronically every order placed on Movie Autographs Worldwide website to enable prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

 

  1. Delivery

    1. Movie Autographs aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    2. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate.

    3. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation.

 

  1. What do I do if My Order Details have changed ?

    1. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Movie Autographs Worldwide as soon as possible.

    2. Email sales@movieautographsww.com or telephone +44 1695 421 757 during normal office hours UK time (see CONTACT US) & state you are making a Change in Order Details to advise Movie Autographs Worldwide accordingly.

  1. Order Cancellations

    1. Your statutory rights are not affected (in particular see below as to your rights to withdraw from the contract) but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

    2. When you make an order, Movie Autographs Worldwide will mail you a confirmation of your order with necessary details (or, if a telephone order, confirmatory details will be provided at that stage by the most appropriate medium).

 

  1. Cancellation Pre Dispatch

5.31   You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched.

5.33 Quote in the communication your name, address and order reference number.

 

  1. Cancellation Post Dispatch

5.41 You can withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 7 working days from the day after you receive the product.

5.42 Email sales@movieautographsww.com or telephone +44 1695 421 757 during normal office hours UK time (see CONTACT US) & state you are making a Cancellation Post Dispatch to advise Movie Autographs Worldwide accordingly.

5.43 Quote in the communication your name, address and order reference number.

5.44 Return the goods to Movie Autographs Worldwide in the condition they were delivered to you together with the original invoice within 7 working days from the date that you received the goods.

5.45 Upon receipt of the goods in the stipulated condition in (5.44), Movie Autographs Worldwide will refund you the purchase price of the goods.

5.46 Movie Autographs Worldwide will automatically refund the credit card to which the original sale was made UNLESS specifically advised not to. In such a case it is procedure to make the refund via bankers cheque to ensure traceability of transaction and to prevent fraud.

5.47 Movie Autographs Worldwide will NOT refund carriage or Customs Duties on returned product UNLESS it was in relation to Return of Goods Damaged in Transit or a Return of Incorrect Goods Dispatched.

 

  1. Return of Goods Damaged in Transit

    1. All goods are inspected for quality upon dispatch, however some, rarely, may become damaged in transit. Email sales@movieautographsww.com or telephone +44 1695 421 757 during normal office hours UK time (see CONTACT US) & state you are making a Return of Goods Damaged in Transit to advise Movie Autographs Worldwide accordingly.

  1. Quote on the communication your name, address and order reference number.

  2. Provide pictorial evidence of the damage to the goods on the communication concerning goods damaged in transit.

  3. Return the goods damaged in transit to Movie Autographs Worldwide in the condition they were delivered to you together with their original invoice within 7 working days from the date that you received the goods damaged in transit.

  4. Movie Autographs Worldwide will refund any additional customs duties and carriage costs borne by you on receipt of the customs receipt and bill of carriage charge (Movie Autographs Worldwide recommends that you retain a copy of these documents should there be any loss in transit of the originals).

  5. Upon receipt of the goods damaged in transit in the stipulated condition in (6.3) and evidence of additional charges incurred, Movie Autographs Worldwide will refund you the purchase price of the goods.

  6. Movie Autographs Worldwide will automatically refund the credit card to which the original sale was made UNLESS specifically advised not to. In such a case it is procedure to make the refund via bankers cheque to ensure traceability of transaction and to prevent fraud.

 

  1. Return of Incorrect Goods Dispatched

    1. All goods are checked upon dispatch, however it is possible an item could be sent incorrectly. Email sales@movieautographsww.com or telephone +44 1695 421 757 during normal office hours UK time (see CONTACT US) & state you are making a Return of Incorrect Goods Dispatched to advise Movie Autographs Worldwide accordingly.

    2. Quote on the communication your name, address and order reference number & state you are making a Return of Incorrect Goods Dispatched.

    3. Return the goods to Movie Autographs Worldwide in the condition they were delivered to you together with the original invoice within 7 working days from the date that you received the goods.

    4. Movie Autographs Worldwide will refund any additional customs duties and carriage costs borne by you on receipt of the customs receipt and bill of carriage charge (Movie Autographs Worldwide recommends that you retain a copy of these documents should there be any loss in transit of the originals).

    5. Upon receipt of the goods in the stipulated condition and evidence of additional charges incurred, Movie Autographs Worldwide will

EITHER :

  1. Refund the credit card to which the original sale was made UNLESS specifically advised not to. In such a case it is procedure to make the refund via bankers cheque to ensure traceability of transaction and to prevent fraud

            OR AT YOUR REQUEST :

  1. Send the correct article providing the stock item can be obtained, at an appropriately discounted rate.

 

  1. Goods Lost in Transit

    1. Email sales@movieautographsww.com or telephone +44 1695 421 757 during normal office hours UK time (see CONTACT US) & state you have Goods Lost in Transit to advise Movie Autographs Worldwide accordingly.

    2. Quote on the communication your name, address and order reference number.

    3. Movie Autographs Worldwide will carry out their procedure to confirm the loss of items.

    4. Movie Autographs Worldwide will automatically refund the credit card to which the original sale was made UNLESS specifically advised not to. In such a case it is procedure to make the refund via bankers cheque to ensure traceability of transaction and to prevent fraud.

OR AT YOUR REQUEST :

  1. Provide a different item, refunding or charging the differential as appropriate.

  2. Movie Autographs Worldwide will NOT refund carriage or Customs Duties on returned product UNLESS it was in relation to Return of Goods Damaged in Transit or a Return of Incorrect Goods Dispatched.

 

  1. My Guarantee

    1. All items from Movie Autographs Worldwide are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). The purpose of the Certification is to effect an evidence trail detailing the origin of a signature.

    2. In the case of In Person Signatories obtained by Movie Autographs Worldwide, Movie Autographs Worldwide maintains a secure and safe database of all factual documentation pertaining to every item.

    3. In the case of In Person Signatories procured by Movie Autographs Worldwide by another party, the other parties are only either:

9.21 Another dealer of sound repute and track record whom Movie Autograph Worldwide has satisfied itself maintains comparable records of source.

9.22 An In Person dealer who will upon transfer of ownership to Movie Autographs Worldwide, pass records of source to the specification required to be held indefinitely with Movie Autographs Worldwide.
