Signed page - Sir George Adrian Hayhurst Cadbury, Chairman of Cadbury and Cadbury Schweppes for 24 years. He was the author of the infamous Cadbury Code of Corporate Governance which impacted globally and sparked reform and a major focus on ethical practice of professionals in business. He was also a Director of the Bank of England from 1970-1994 and of IBM from 1975-1994.
